I've been wanting to buy this for awhile now...Too bad the place I ordered it from is now telling me that it's back-ordered! I'm growing impatient...GRR.

5 rolls of 120 film

I wasted the first roll I ever shot because I didn't properly unload the film (FAIL), and a bunch of shots didn't turn out on the 2nd roll. I'm hoping one of these five rolls will be a success.

Surfing Journey

Sunday kicked off the beginning of my surfing journey.

Inspired by my need to detach from the routine that has become my Monday thru Friday, I spent my paycheck on a surfboard and wetsuit over the weekend. It has always been in the back of my mind to learn how to surf and I actually took a lesson last year, but I never followed through with it. Now I'm really ready to commit to this new adventure.

I expect to get extremely discouraged and beaten up in the beginning (I already have haha), but I know that when I finally catch my first wave in a few weeks/months, the positivity from it will outweigh all my prior frustrations. I can't wait :) .
